We’ve put together some of the most common issues experienced when making a deposit.
If you’re having any problems, check that you’ve done the following:
- Check that your deposit method is registered with the correct information:
- Account number
- Card expiry date
- CVV number
- Account holder
- Make sure you have sufficient funds in the account you’re depositing from.
- Wait ten to fifteen minutes between deposits.
- Use irregular amounts.
For example: 33.20 of your currency instead of 33.00 of your currency - Check that your deposit does not exceed any Deposit Limits you’ve set.
- Clear your Internet Browser history, cache and cookies, and refresh your browser.
- Ensure that your pop-up blockers are deactivated.
