In order for them to assist you promptly, please provide them with the date and time of the communication you require, along with the subject of the communication.
How do I print or download a CURRENT Live Chat Transcript?
In order to Print or Download the current Live Chat transcript, please follow these instructions:
Click the checkbox with an X located at the upper right-hand side of the Live Chat screen to exit the current chat you are in. This will end the Live Chat with the Support Agent and you will be directed to rate your Live Chat experience.
If you rate your Live Chat experience, by selecting the options; the options to Print or Download the current Live Chat Transcript will automatically display. Select your preferred option.
If you do not want to rate your Live Chat experience, however, still want to Print or Download your Live Chat; click the Back button arrow located in the top left-hand corner of your Live Chat screen.
This will take you back to your original Live Chat and give you more options.
Click on the Text box entitled “: More Options”, and you will be given the option to either Print or Download the current Live Chat Transcript. Select your preferred option.
